NJ Appellate Ct Judges D J Collesterm, L A Carton Jr and S Allcorn Jr reserve their decision on Aug 26 in appeal of P J Bridge (Newark Eve News), from conviction handed down on July 6 by Essex County Ct Judge H C Meanor on charges against Bridge for refusing to answer questions before grand jury concerning Newark Housing Authority; Bridge had quoted Mrs P Beatty, member of housing authority, as having said she had been offered $10,000 bribe in return for her vote for unidentified person to become new exec dir of authority
