Indian Govt on Sept 26 orders Jacques Leslie, Los Angeles Times correspondent, to leave country within 24 hrs after his paper refused to withdraw him; he is 6th foreign newsmen to be expelled since censorship was imposed June 26 as part of Prime Min Gandhi's crackdown; US Embassy, which for 3 days had been urging Indian Govt not to expel Leslie, lodged protest with Foreign Ministry; other Amer newsmen expelled include Lewis M Simons (Washington Post), Loren Jenkins (Newsweek) and Edward Cody (AP) (S)
