Washington Post prints, in June 27 morning edition, several articles based on 4 unpublished volumes of the Pentagon papers that were made available by columnist J Anderson; material gives detailed description of Johnson Adm efforts to get peace talks started; Anderson, in his column, says that because Nixon has made pub 'even more sensitive negotiations' than are described in still top-secret vols, he see no legitimate reason for continuing the secrecy; 4 vols were not made available to NY Times and other pubs in '71 as were the 43 other vols; Anderson refuses to say where the material had come from; refused to give material to Times because, he says, Post, unlike The Times, purchased his column; material in vols, as reptd by Anderson in his columns over last 3 wks, detailed; material includes description of efforts by various intermediaries, including USSR Premier Kosygin, foreign govts and Dr Kissinger, then a Harvard prof
